Nuno Ávila, nascido em 1974, é engenheiro aeroespacial (IST, 1997), com mestrado em Gestão da Inovação e Tecnologia (IST, 2002) e MBA (Católica-Nova, 2009). Fundou a Deimos em 2002, hoje INDRA-DEIMOS, integrador europeu de sistemas espaciais com presença em cinco países e mais de 500 engenheiros, atualmente parte do Grupo INDRA. Foi membro da direção da AED entre 2018-2022 e 2025-2027.
Nuno Ávila, born in 1974, is an aerospace engineer (IST, 1997), with a master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management (IST, 2002) and an MBA (Católica-Nova, 2009). He founded Deimos in 2002, now INDRA-DEIMOS, a European space systems integrator with a presence in five countries and more than 500 engineers, currently part of the INDRA Group. He was a member of the AED board between 2018 and 2022, and 2025-2027.
