André Dias is currently back at CEiiA as Head of Space – Digital, leading the development of software applications for the space downstream market with a focus on sustainability.
He holds master of science degrees in Aerospace Engineering from both the Instituto Superior Técnico in Portugal and ISAE-SUPAERO in France. Following his studies he worked as a Research Engineer first at Airbus Defence and Space and then at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He later joined innovation think-tank INTELI and CEiiA where he created its Intelligent Systems Unit focusing on smart mobility applications. In 2019, he became CTO and founder of Daloop (a CEiiA spin-off, and Galp Group company) to focus on scalable electric mobility charging stations management solutions for the global decarbonization market
