José Manuel Mendonça é Professor Emérito da UP, Diretor do INESC TEC, Coordenador do Teaming INESC TEC OCEAN, Diretor do Programa UT Austin Portugal e Administrador da ANTARR. Trabalhou na indústria e em investigação e está envolvido em projetos estratégicos de inovação.
José Manuel Mendonça is Professor Emeritus at the University of Porto, Director of INESC TEC, Coordinator of the INESC TEC OCEAN Teaming project, Director of the UT Austin Portugal Programme, and Board Member of ANTARR. With experience in both industry and research, he is actively involved in strategic innovation projects.
